Onoff Business API

Welcome to the Onoff Business API documentation! This guide will provide you with programmatic access to integrate with our powerful telecommunications platform. Our RESTful API uses standard HTTP methods and returns JSON responses.

Additional features could be added in the upcoming months. Please note that this functionality is only available for the MAX plan.


Key Features​

  • User Management: Create, update, edit and delete members in your organization
  • Number Management: View and manage phone numbers, assign new numbers to new members
  • Department Management: Create, edit, delete and list departments, and add members into them
  • Contact Management: Create, update, delete and list the contacts of a member
  • Call Logs: List call logs, retrieve call metadata, and download call recordings and voicemails
  • SMS Logs: List SMS logs and retrieve messages within a thread
  • Statistics: Retrieve usage statistics by date range and generate monthly statistics reports
